Trogir Inspired by Stone
Trogir is 2300 year old Romanesque-Gothic town inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is well known for its buildings and walls as The Cathedral of St. Lawrence, The Fortress Kamerlengo, The city gate, etc. Exploring the town you will find various restaurants where you can taste very well made traditional Dalmatian food.
Villa Lucia is situated just 2-min walking from the town center just a few meters from the nearest restaurant and 300 m from the closest grocery store.
At only 300 m from the main promenade, Villa Lucia is the ideal place for a calm romantic city beak. Various beaches are available at nearby location. On walking distance, at about 500 m from the house, there are two pebble beaches with coffees. From the main waterfront and just next to the Kamerlengo castle, in summertime, from June to September, there are taxi-boats going to the beaches of the island of Ciovo or to the one of the Hotel Medena, running several times during the day until late in the evening.
Trogir is the ideal place for your spring, summer and fall holiday. Due to the fact that Split airport is connected to all major cities in Europe already since April up to the end of October, Villa Lucia is the ideal place for a short city break. There are plenty of things to do on the Riviera of Trogir, not only a “sun & beach holiday”. Coming off-season you may like to rent a bike and explore the surrounding mountains, you can hike on the island of Čiovo, take your car and drive to the Krka Waterfalls, which is less than 2 hours driving from Trogir, visit Šibenik and Primošten, or get driven to those spots. You might visit Split – 30 minutes by car or 1h by boat.
To our guests we are offering various trips, which are not necessarily only in summertime. Not so far from the apartments, we are organizing Jeep & Quad Safari, rafting and canyoning, climbing and hiking in the Cetina region, wine and oil tasting all over the year, graves and olives picking in fall time, diving, sea kayaking and fishing all over the year.
